Attaching files is disabled

Is there a reason why attaching files isn't allowed? I wanted to upload a CSV file with measurement results in another thread which didn't work. So I had to paste it inline (183 lines) which hurts readability of the thread.

It shouldn't be. I just checked with the upload extension's settings, it by default only accepts files with image/* MIME-type.

I will try to fix this hour later.

It seems it's related to https://github.com/FriendsOfFlarum/upload/issues/254, as I tried to wildcard the MIME type but didn't solve the issue.
